Issue: Find a way to derive more accurate property valuations using location-based measures
The Think Huddle Solution: Our team reviewed the organization's goals and then proposed and prototyped new location-based measures that would be added to an existing real estate valuation model. The Think Huddle team developed the final measures and integrated them into a statistical analysis package.
The organization is using the tool to produce more accurate pricing models. Using these models, staff members are better able to account for location-related effects in their analysis.

Issue: Build a system for managing large amounts of satellite imagery
The Think Huddle Solution: For a remote sensing organization with an extensive catalog of satellite imagery, Think Huddle identified the organization's search and display needs. Our team not only developed a system for rendering large amounts of satellite imagery data, but we also created an interface for manipulating and sorting through millions of results.
The organization's analysts now have an easy-to-use tool that allows them to quickly search through an extensive library of imagery. Analysts are better equipped to find the imagery that best meets their customers' needs.

The Think Huddle Solution: Our team reviewed the organization's existing CAD management practices and tools. We worked closely with leadership team members to define a future state of CAD image management that would store images as well as the location information associated with them. Think Huddle developed a roadmap the organization used to transition from its former state to this new state of data management.
Today, the organization closely tracks the flow of a CAD diagram throughout its lifecycle. Change management information collected throughout that lifecycle is helping the organization to predict future CAD designer workloads.
